BraveDigital grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

The Service and its original content (including but not limited to source code, graphics, features, and functionality) are and will remain the exclusive property of BraveDigital. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BraveDigital.

2. User Accounts

Some of our Apps may allow you to create an optional account to manage your usage or preferences. If you choose to create an account, you agree to the following:

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

• Responsibility: You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

• Accuracy: While we collect minimal data, you agree that any information you provide (such as a username) is accurate and not misleading.

3. Purchases and Payments (Google Pay)

Our Apps may offer in-app purchases or premium features.

• Payment Processing: We do not process payments directly. All transactions are handled securely through Google Pay and the Google Play Store.

• Financial Data: Because we use Google Pay, BraveDigital does not store, process, or have access to your credit card or banking information.

• Refunds: Any refund requests must be made directly through the Google Play Store, as all transactions are subject to Google’s standard refund policies and terms of service.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service utilizes third-party services (such as Google Play Services) to function. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of such third-party services and content. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App.

• To transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Service, user accounts, or computer systems.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

BraveDigital does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BRAVEDIGITAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

9. Governing Law
